2004 will be a very nice vintage, a very balanced one. Manual leaves removal on all our plots towards the rising sun, "green" harvest, permanent sanitary survey of the fruit until harvesting. As we avoid anti-botrytis chemical treatment, we must remove every single grape bundle that may be affected by this fungus to stop it proliferating, and achieve full development for our grapes.

A more souple wine, but still so generous, thanks to the beautiful "terroir" of our land.
